Darkness and the Letter K

"Darkness is darkness" - this is Kylee's latest saying.  Not sure where she came up with this (or exactly what it's supposed to mean!)  She said it a couple times tonight, including when we ran out to our house after Young Womens tonight.  Unfortunately in the winter like this, it's dark when I drive in to work and dark when I drive home from work, so the only time I can see our house in the light is on the weekends (and I don't want to have to wait a week to see progress - especially these days).  I couldn't really take pictures of the house updates, but look what we saw in the garage!

On a completely unrelated note, we are working with Kylee on sounding out the letter "K".  Up until now, she has been saying "K" like "tay".  And her name sounded like "Tylee".  We just started last night and she is already doing really well.  We tell her to say kuh-kuh-cookie, or kuh-kuh-Kylee, and she can say it perfectly.  Hopefully soon she can say the "K" sound the first time so she doesn't sound like she's stuttering :-)
